These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 88fdb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the 88fdb website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and all associated services available at https://88fdb.net and its subdomains.

By completing the account registration process, by depositing funds into an 88fdb account, or by accessing any game or betting market on the 88fdb platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 88fdb platform.

88fdb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Governing Language

These Terms are published and governed in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between any translated version and the English version, the English version shall take precedence in all respects.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

To register an account and use the 88fdb platform you must, at all times, satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute requirement. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf as a private individual, and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of 88fdb, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law, and you are solely responsible for determining the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You have not been previously self-excluded from the 88fdb platform or had a prior account terminated for breach of these Terms.

Responsible Gambling Declaration

By registering on 88fdb, you declare that you are not a problem gambler and that you are participating in gambling activities voluntarily and for entertainment purposes. One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 88fdb platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all involved accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Registering multiple accounts under the same name, National Identity Card number, email address, phone number, or payment method.
• Using an account registered in another person's name.

• Transferring, selling, or gifting account access credentials to any other person.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88fdb login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. 88fdb will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 88fdb, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 88fdb account within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank may take up to 1 business day to reflect in your account balance.
• 88fdb does not charge any processing fee on deposits made via any supported payment method. Any fees applied by the payment provider on their end are outside 88fdb's control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund to the originating account.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative method of equal or lesser deposit value may be used.
• Withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed within 1–24 hours of approval during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank are processed within 1–3 business days of approval.
• KYC identity verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• 88fdb reserves the right to request additional documentation — including source of funds declarations — for withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds, as part of ongoing anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being fully satisfied prior to the withdrawal request being approved.

Refunds and Chargebacks

All deposits made to 88fdb are considered final once credited to your account and used in gaming activity. Chargebacks initiated with a payment provider after funds have been used for gambling activity are treated as a breach of these Terms. 88fdb will actively contest any chargeback related to gambling activity and reserves the right to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

88fdb offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes denominated in ৳ BDT. All bonuses are governed by these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by 88fdb are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum total bet amount that must be placed before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the individual bonus offer terms at the time of award. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the wagering requirement applicable to any bonus before claiming it.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the individual bonus terms. Any uncompleted wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated bonus-derived winnings being forfeited at the expiry of the bonus period.

• Maximum bet limits apply when a bonus is active on your account. Placing a single bet that exceeds the maximum permitted stake while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Bonus Abuse

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and the account suspended immediately.

88fdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any change does not retroactively affect bonuses already awarded and actively in use by a player at the time of the change. Responsible Betting Conduct

Players are expected to engage with all 88fdb games and betting markets in good faith and for personal entertainment only. Any form of automated betting (bots), coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional mechanics, or any other form of systematic manipulation of game or betting outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88fdb platform. Any account found to be engaged in any of the following will be suspended immediately, all balances under review will be frozen, and 88fdb reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit all balances in accordance with the circumstances of the breach:

• Registering more than one account on the platform in violation of the One Account Policy described in Section 3.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18 or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to access your account.
• Depositing funds obtained from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source.
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or exploit platform mechanics in any way.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform software to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected software error must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing account access, coordinating bet placements to arbitrage promotions, or manipulating live poker or table game outcomes through communication.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits that have been used in gaming activity.

Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 88fdb account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 88fdb will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your last verified payment method before closing the account. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Note that if you have an active bonus with pending wagering requirements, those bonus funds will be forfeited upon closure — only your real-money balance will be returned.

Account Closure by 88fdb

88fdb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it determines that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or if continued operation of the account creates a legal or regulatory risk to the platform. Where an account is closed by 88fdb due to a material breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

88fdb provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 88fdb takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, security, and game integrity, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability.

Platform Availability

88fdb shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from scheduled or emergency platform maintenance, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, device or browser incompatibilities, or any force majeure event — including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power outages, or telecommunications failures — that disrupts platform access or game availability.

Financial Losses from Gambling

Gambling involves financial risk. By using the 88fdb platform, you accept that you may lose the entirety of any amount deposited and wagered. 88fdb is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by players on the platform. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings to manage their gambling expenditure. The platform does not provide any guarantee of winnings or returns on any game or betting market.

Third-Party Content and Services

88fdb is not responsible for the content, availability, or conduct of third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) or payment service providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank). Any disputes relating to a specific game outcome governed by a third-party studio's rules, or a payment transaction processed by a third-party provider, must be raised directly with that provider as well as with 88fdb support.

Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88fdb's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
